Mangalyaan-2

Mangalyaan-2 (Mars Orbiter Mission 2, MOM-2) is a mars orbiter. This mission is currently planned to launch on 2026. Mangalyaan-2 will be launched by the rocket GSLV Mk III. Its target is Mars.

Mangalyaan-2 is the second interplanetary mission of India and second mission to Mars. It will consist of an orbital probe only, and the planned lander was canceled. The probe will be equipped with a hyperspectral camera, very high resolution black and white camera and a radar.
