Star cluster in nearby satellite galaxy might be remnant of even smaller galaxy that collided with it

Astronomers discovered that globular cluster NGC 2005 has different composition than other similar structures in Large Magellanic Cloud galaxy. According to a new study it could be core of galaxy, that collided with Large Magellanic Cloud long time ago.
